If you've seen a Heartbyrne show before then it will be no surprise that this band "burnt" down the house Saturday. Despite the scorching hot temperatures Heartbyrne kept it cool with their funky vibes, David Byrne-esque dance moves, and groovy light show.
This specific show was extra special, since the 8-piece band will be going on a hiatus for the rest of 2018 while lead singer/guitarist, Andy Harn, takes some time off to have a baby.
The Talking Heads tribute band opened with "Cities" and instantly got the energetic crowd dancing. A highlight of the night was "Psycho Killer" as you can see below- this was a crowd favorite.
Some other song highlights were "Take Me To The River", "Burnin' Down The House" and of course "This Must Be The Place".
During "This Must Be The Place", Harn, got choked up as he stared at his wife and sang:
"Home, is where I want to be.
But I guess I'm already there
I come home, she lifted up her wings
I guess that this must be the place".
It was a magical evening, filled with love and happiness.
